- Have busy schedules and are always on the go
- Have no time for the many details involved in planning a wedding
- Are located out of state and need a local person to tend to the details for them
This package is the most involved in planning and orchestrating the wedding event from start to finish. We will:
- Meet prior to the wedding to discuss the details and timeline
- Create Detailed Wedding Calendar & Checklist
- Create & Track Budget
- Assist with Ceremony and Reception site selection
- Schedule & Attend Vendor Meetings
- Review & Negotiate Vendor Contracts
- Advise on Proper Etiquette (invitation wording, guest list, gifts, etc.)
- Hold Monthly Meetings to track progress
- Invitation Mailing with “Loveville Cupid Stamp” (See Etc. Page for details »)
- Design floor plan layout for reception (bar, DJ, gift table, food, table, dance floor)
- Track Wedding Guest list & RSVP’s (if desired)
- Confirm vendor services 10 days prior to wedding date
- Attend final Wedding Dress fittings
- Meet with Bride & Groom 5 days prior to Wedding date to review itinerary
- Create detailed Wedding day itinerary for the vendors & wedding party
- Direct Rehearsal (1.5-hours)
- Arrange special items for ceremony (unity candle, wedding programs, etc.)
- Distribute final payments to necessary vendors
- Coordinate vendors in adhearance to the timeline
- Organize wedding party for processional, recessional, and receiving line
- Assist photographer with pre/post ceremony photographs
- Arrange special items for reception(toasting glasses, favors, table numbers, etc.)
- Secure wedding gifts with designated person(s)
Best for the Bride & Groom who:
- Have planned the whole wedding
- Needs assistance on the day of the wedding
- Wants to relax and leave the details and vendor management in the hands of a professional
This package includes the coordination of your ceremony and reception. We will:
- Meet prior to the wedding to discuss the details and timeline
- Visit Ceremony and Reception site
- Confirm vendor services 10 days prior to wedding date
- Create detailed itinerary f0r the vendors & wedding party
- Direct Rehearsal (1.5-hours)
- Arrange special items for ceremony (unity candle, wedding programs, etc.)
- Distribute final payments to necessary vendors
- Coordinate vendors in adhearance to the timeline
- Organize wedding party for processional, recessional, and receiving line
- Assist photographer with pre/post photographs
- Arrange special items for reception(toasting glasses, favors, table numbers, etc.)
- Secure wedding gifts with designated person(s)
(Note: This package is based on the Bride & Groom having completed all planning and arrangements for their wedding. Any additional work not specified in the package description will require an hourly fee charge.)
